    NEW ECOLOGICAL FILTRATION SYSTEM
    FILTRATION OF OLIVE OIL DIRECTLY AFTER
    DECANTER

    Models:
    FE-1500: For DECANTERS up to 150000 kilograms of olives per day.
    FE-3000: For DECANTERS up to 300000 kilograms of olives per day.
    Features:
    Once the oil has been extracted, imediately after the DECANTER, it is passed through our filter. The fermentation process starts immediatley, lowering quality & leaving the oil with bad smells, flavors as well as increasing acidity.
    With this system we separate the oil, without centrifugation nor the addition of water.
    The oil is in contact with the vegetation water and impurities for a very short time, helping to maintain the high quality.
    Filtered oil maintains higher organoleptoc properties, lower acidity, and better resistance to rancidity.
    Operational advantages:
    Fully automatic.
    Low cost of installation and maintenance.
    No need to decant the oil 24 hours, it is filtered directly after extraction.
    While filtering we also separate a large percentage of vegetation water, creating a selective filtration process.
    Continuose filtracion cycles, without adding water to clarify the oil.

    Automatic cleaning Filters with horizontal plates

    The evacuation system automatically rids the machine of the residues and provides a perfect cleaning of the filter elements without the use of water or detergents. This task is completed within minutes of the filtration cycle.
